Your post was so very touching, and I am truly sorry for your loss. Just the thought of losing my Sunny or Pepa brings tears to my eye, so I can’t imagine the emptiness that you must be feeling without your Sheero. I hope that time helps you heal and remember the wonderful times you had together.

GAIL,

I AM SO SORRY FOR THE LOSS OF YOUR PRECIOUS SHEERO. I TOO HAVE LOST MY “DOGGY SOUL MATE” IN OCT. I HAD RESCUED HIM A WEEK BEEFORE I WAS PUT ON A 3 MONTH BED REST, MARLEY WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO MADE ME FEEL BETTER, NOT TO MENTION HE LAID RIGHT ALONG WITH ME THE ENTIRE TIME. HE WAS MY ACCIDENTAL ANGEL AND I MISS HIM SO MUCH TOO. IT IS AMAZING HOW THESE LITLE SOULS TOUCH OUR HEARTS FOREVER. I STILL CRY EVERYDAY,I AM CRYING NOW AS I RIGHT THIS. HANG IN THERE,IT DOES STRANGELY GET BETTER.I AM GLAD TO HEAR THERE ARE DOGS WHO HAVE AS SPECIAL AS THEY ARE OWNERS. I AM SURE HE KNOWS HOW MUCH YOU LOVED HIM. BE STRONG…

i also have a dog, and I cry everytime she is sick, she is totally someone who can make me happy and i will be devastated if ever i lost her.

Gail, I can totally relate to your loss…I lost one of my dogs about a month ago…it was the most painful time of my life…the sad thing was that, I was never there for him…I was out of town and I left her under the care of my cousins…

Just hang-in there…just realize that Sheero is no longer suffering from her sickness.

KK: I’ve seen your message days ago, but I just couldn’t reply yet. It was just too hard. But I can tell you now that a message from a fellow dog-lover was very comforting :)

Connie: Thanks. At first, I couldn’t stop crying. Pero after a few days, I was able to remember happy times without turning on the water works :) Luha lang, pero at least di na full-blown iyak diba.

Gail, I did get your e-mail. So sorry about Sheero. Si Salt nga na iilang weeks lang sa amin, nung nawala eh devastating, lalo na siguro yang kay tagal mong nakasama. Relax ka lang and remember the happy times you had with him. :)
